By completing the Retailer Application form you are agreeing on the below conditions.
Minimum order: The minimum opening order is R1000.00. The minimum reorder is R500.00
Why minimum orders? There is a minimum amount needed to create a selling display. It allows the retailer to create an impact section and draw attention to the product. As stationery is such a fine product, when displayed as a bigger set it creates interest to the buyer.
Payment: We except FT Bank transfer or PayPal. Payment details will be provided when invoice is issued.
Shipping: The shipping cost is payable with your order for delivery to one address (Local and International cost will vary) and your shipping cost will depending on what shipping option you select on the Order Form. This cost will be added to your invoice. Your order can be shipped with the SA Post Office, Postnet or courier service.
Ordering: After submitting your Retailer Application form you will receive an Order Form to place your order. Please fill in your details and quantity per product. Submit your Order Form to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you an invoice for payment, full payment must be made before we fulfill your order. You can expect your order to arrive in 5-15 working days from date of payment (depending on the scale of your order, your shipping option and your location).
Returns: Damaged orders only, within 10 working days after receiving your parcel. Order must be in original packaging & unused.
